Family Centre
The St. George Family Centre is a supportive drop-in center designed for parents and their young children from birth to age five. At the Family Centre you will:
- participate in fun, educational activities
- prepare your child for reading and school
- learn songs, rhymes, and games
- meet other parents
- have access to a resource library
- participate in and learn about making quick and easy healthy snacks
Stay and Play
Stay and Play is a program where you have the opportunity to bring your preschool child(ren) for a fun mix of structured and free flow activities and to meet some new friends!
Little Learners Program
Little Learners is a program designed for children born in 2018. This free program is designed to prepare children starting school in September 2023. We will be offering a play-based ready for school program, which focuses on skills to help prepare children who are entering Kindergarten
Community Care Closet
We are excited to host a Community Care Closet for our families. Thanks to some very generous donors we have baby supplies and personal care products available for pick up in the event your family needs short-term help. If your family is in need, please feel free to stop by the Family Centre during stay and play hours and pick up a few things!
