Ramadan Hampers, Good for the Heart
On March 17, 2025, the 91探花app’s René Deleurme Centre (RDC) distributed Ramadan hampers to families in the community. This initiative aimed to support families during the holy month of Ramadan.
The event was a resounding success, with over 25 hampers handed out to grateful recipients in short order.
"This is our community, and these are people where they belong," RDC settlement worker Iftu Ibrahim said. “It feels so powerful."
The community's response was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their excitement and appreciation for the gesture, Iftu said. They insisted that she translate their gratitude.
"On behalf of the community, I'm so grateful to see this has happened, and thank you so much.”
